How Linkiflo collects, uses, and protects your information — including text messaging (SMS) consent and data handling.
Last updated: June 25, 2026. Linkiflo is a website design and development studio operated by Alephdate LLC ("Linkiflo," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you submit a request on our website (for example, the free teardown form at linkiflo.com/start) we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), current website URL, and your project description. If you become a client, we also keep records related to your project and billing.
We use your information only to respond to your request, provide and manage the services you ask for, send service and account updates, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Linkiflo about your website request and account — such as teardown results, scheduling, and project or account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help, or email matthew@linkiflo.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may only be shared with vetted service providers (such as our messaging carrier) strictly to deliver the messaging service you requested.
We never sell your details. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, payment, and messaging providers), and only to the extent needed to deliver our services, or where required by law.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing matthew@linkiflo.com.
